ELEM PLUTUS AND GIT

No.. it's not a sitcom at least not yet. It's June 30th 2022, the100% turnover  on the Snowbird claim in BC from GIT to PLUTUS a private company. Plutus as far as I have found out has lived up to all obligations to GIT on the Snowbird deal. ELEM has signed a binding letter of intent to buy out all the shares of Plutus.  GIT owns 22M Plutus shares, and I am a shareholder in GIT. Since ELEM stock has been heading south almost ever since it's listing there may be a problem here. Plutus owed GIT after February of this year either $2.2M or 22M PLUTUS shares valued at 10c each. GIT got the shares.  ELEM offered to buy out PLUTUS for 8M ELEM shares which were worth a heck of a lot more than they are now. There may be some ball tossing back and forth in the ballcourt between these three to find the sweet spot. As for me I just want to see the operating capital of GIT get a nice infusion so it can get back to work in Quebec. GIT has some promising prospects there.
