Coordination of Mining

Coordination of MiningHello,

I read that there will be a new leader of a private mining group, Francisco Lloreda, which will help coordinate policy.  He has been a strong advocate against illegal mining with his prior positions with Santos and he also in the Uribe government as well.  He was a presidential advisor and now he is leaving for the private sector.

You will see more development once the new Congress comes in on July 20th (dia de Independencia Colombia) and the inaguaration on August 7th.  You may see new cabinet ministers as well.

I have faith in this company namely as well as Amber and Paulson.  They have invested, removed management, and now need to position themselves as one of the future leaders in this sustainable mining movement that will occur in Colombia.

There will be alot of movement between now and the middle of August but you will see action in getting this forward.  I do think pragmatism and common sense will win the day.

Vamos Colombia!
