My hope is that Wolfe et al who I'm sure are aware of the number have a plan to deal with this specific part and are confident they can at least prevent them from being included in the vote. Otherwise this becomes a long drawn out cluster fudge.
Mall this only reinforced the need for every other share to be voted in line with CS proxy.
