RE:RE:New Website The Ecodes Study demonstrated clearly that there is no paramo ecosystem on this property.  That study should have been on the front page of the website and managment should have invited any opponent to the site with the demand that the oppenent show them where it is.  If the project was being held up by those who argue that unicorn habitat was being threatened, the burden of proof would lie with those making the claim.  Show us where that unicorn is.   I'm all for protecting fragile habitat, including the paramo, but at an very fine scale of 1:20000 mapping, no paramo was identified.   Everything about this situation is narrative over fact and the Colombian government has been untrustworthy.
