RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Anything under 1 billion USD would be a big win for ColombiaThere has been nothing concrete from the government in many years. Hopefully they will be forced by circumstances and self preservation to finally make a decision. It is their only way to avoid a substantial arbitration settlement. It is still worth mentioning that years ago EOM commissioned a million dollar expert review of our area and it was determined that it was not paramo but rather Andean forest, lacking water absorbsion associated with paramo. Of course the government does not recognize the study.conducted by scores of South American experts. The arbitration board probably took this into consideration.
