Coming to a close in Vetas?

https://www.bluradio.com/blu360/santanderes/el-20-de-noviembre-se-reactiva-la-concertacion-para-delimitar-santurban

On November 20, the agreement to delimit Santurbn is reactivated

The National Government allocated $ 22 billion for protection projects in the Santurbn, Pisba and Sumapaz pramos.

As explained by the mayor of Vetas, Santander, Hernn Bautista, on November 20 the agreement process to delimit the ´paramo of Santurbn will be reactivated with the Ministry of Environment .

"Minister Carlos Correa visited us in the municipality and the conclusion is that we are going to reactivate the agreement process and in that sense we are going to analyze the methodology for holding the meetings, something that is very valuable to us because it will allow us to know how will the pramo line be, "explained the president.

“It is like a negotiation that is going to be done with the ministry to define the future of the municipality, so internally we are going to define that methodology, we are going to adjust it, and then, after November 20, we will analyze the situation in the territory, because the The ministry will be in the province, ”said the mayor of Vetas.

It is important to point out that the peasants of Vetas are asking to be allowed to work in artisanal mining in 600 kilometers to survive, otherwise they will establish international demands because it is the only source of work in their municipality.

Thanks MacBook. Translation bit unclear, does reactivation mean restart of the process by Nov 20th or final call?
