Any idea what is moving this today. Must be a sniff of the arbitration decision.

Volume does not indicate the arbitration decision. This blip is probably someone staging themselves in preparation for that decision which must be imminent.

Would love for some resolution on this....  Hopefully, there will be some movement.   Colombia is a disaster at them moment, so I have my doubts.
