Any more thoughts while we wait?

Still a couple of months left for Colombia to respond to the Eco Oro's claim and the ICSID ruling...
Any speculation on the next step?

Only that the Colombians will drag this out as long as they can to avoid paying up. Even after EOM gives their answer I believe the Colombians will have up to 120 days to respond. Unless the tribunal calls a halt to their obvious delay tactics.

No doubt.   Did I read it right that Eco Oro submitted on Jan 15th and Colombia has 120 days to respond?  If so, we have until middle of May to lean what Colombia plans...

Yes you are correct, Colombia has 120 days to respond so mid May but then I believe both parties each have 90 days to respond to each others submissions which then puts us into mid Nov. The tribunal will then take more time which will push this into the first quarter of 2023. Let's hope a settlement occurs first or Tenor will be looking for more money.
