Red Eagle had concessions along soto norte and eom.  It acquired some abandoned galway/minesa claims bordering soto norte after batista hit the wall.  RE also had an active site in Vetas near galway.   Separatley Galway also has their icsid claim pending for Vetas.

Red Eagle lost and has to pay some of Colombia's legal fees.
