Fair share price?

So... with the news out what do you think a fair CBDT share price should be at this moment? I was planning to stay with them until they reach .20 per share, then .40, but now I feel like I should just hold my position.. I know they are still undervalued and that there is a way to calculate how much they are actually worth using market cap, revenue etc... thanks!
