Frankfurt ExchangeIt's interesting (and sometimes frustrating) to make observations where the rules on shorting stocks are much more strict. After large volumes. for days, things have been generally quiet for CBDT on the Frankfurt Exchange over the last few. The fluctuations aren't as dramatic, the volumes low (one can speculate because investors are HOLDing their shares) and it trades appear to be around a reasonable valuation .....currently above $1.20 CDN.
All the fundamentals and analyses continue to be strong do a "quiet" sustainable climb would be welcomed for those long on Empower. Morningstar's Fair Value sp is at $1.82 this morning and its 1-star speculative assessment is $6.89. Barchart is still showing a 96% Strong Buy and the resistance levels are at $1.37, $1.48 and $1.57. The strongest support is at $1.19.
