I don't know the finer rulings on this, I only ever read the NRs after they come out. Great question though. If Steve does care about shareholders he could likely do an amendment to a price like 30 cents. PPs are ALWAYS at a premium compared to SPs but the timing was horrible being a 50% premium at the time of the news. Needs to be followed up on
