buyout

The nightmare is before reaching $20 we will be bought out.

My headache right now is how I can pay the huge tax to CRA, all my stocks are in taxable account, not registered account.

With so many good things going on, price at over $20 cannot be ruled out especially after NASDAQ listing.

Why on earth would steve and team be interested in a buyout? He has set the ground work for success post covid, has cash on hand and lucrative revenue coming in and growing. That doesnt make much sense if he is on a mission to make this company a nasdaq traded security. He seems to be the type of guy who rises to the challenge not fold to instant buyout gratification. JMO

He also doesn't have much in cash, a big financing should come up in next two weeks.

You've tried this before pystocker ....it didn't work before and it won't work now. Steve has already stated capital is not a problem .....CBDT has lots of working capital. In fact the run on warrants has subsided because of it ....including exercising the ones he holds.
