Wierd, I googled "Sacre-Davey Engineering mineworx" and nothing comes up. Do you have a source? They named two officers and two employees from Mineworx as defendants in the lawsuit.

They processed 57 tons in Q1, 91 tons in Q2, and they are planning on doing 90+ tons in Q3 plus they have the gold ore/concentrate plant running with their partnership with Ocean Partners.
