It's new and disruptive. It's not as simple as looking at a property or financials. They can't simply size up Management's track record and speak with them about the property. That's what conventional investing in mining companies is all about! They haven't got the time to research and crunch the numbers. It's new! What are the numbers? They say it may be the best investment ever but it's not something that they understand! It's like Bitcoin! Most managers say it may be the next currency or make people a fortune but they don't understand it'. Simple as that! GLTA
