RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Plan B status and COVID (alternative e-waste supply)

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Plan B status and COVID (alternative e-waste supply)Update from Duane in Enviroleach to TMR, main points:
(a) Jabil relationship may still come to fruition in the future, for now because of staff changes in the Jabil Enviromental Development area and COVID issues, movement unlikely in the short term.
(b) 85 tons of e-waste with a further 20 tons to be processed in Enviroleach plant to complete testing and data collection. Current data very good with cost per tonne to process e-waste reduced significantly. Will help in getting alternative suppliers in a shorter timeframe.
(c) Alternative strategy of sourcing e-waste feedstock from other recyclers/suppliers other than Jabil is 4-5 months underway. The e-waste tonnage volume available exceeds Jabil projected volumes. Confident that alternative e-waste feedstock will be in place by Q3.
(d) Options were nessessary for retention of key staff as salaries do not match benchmark levels.
(d) Group 11 continues to show great promise with its PM ISR recovery potential.

Bottom line, e-waste supply feedstock is now firmly in Plan-B strategy, Enviroleach still targeting production output by end of 2020. Patience, Patience, Patience.
