MWX gets 20% of the split so when they are needed they do their part. Very simple concept and shareholders don't have to try to manage the project.
Also it is quite funny reading the comments wondering why the company is trying to make pure products instead of sending them in a slurry to a refinery to have that done for a fee on terms set by the refinery.
