RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:webinar stuff In what can only be attributed to the "Blue Moon" last Nite, I received a reply from Duane @9:45 this (Sun) AM.
I asked if the methodologies regarding tin and copper isolation were novel enough to require patent protection upon successful development? AND if said patents are warranted, will future partnership relationships / module deployment be contingent upon securing said patents?
Duane replied with the following;
We are not able to comment on product research and development at this time. Please watch for updates in future press releases. We will of course endeavour to protect all IP to the fullest extent.
Regards,
Duane
I was not expecting much when I asked these questions and was not terribly surprised by the answer. My guess is. not much, if anything, will be "off the shelf", yet it is presented as "Fait Accompli"... Just give us a year or two... Huh?.
Long term investors, who were asked to ride out the Original Formula R&D are now being asked for a pure leap of faith as it relates to "Pioneering" Tin and (mainly) Copper R&D.
. Some clarification could be provided to answer some basic questions without the risk of divulging too much... One would think the first sucessful (green) unlocking of these two metals could start companies in and of themselves yet are (just now in the case of Copper) given a cursury mention in Enviroleach presentations. Is it green? Is it specifically for use with our process? How will "It change how the world extracts copper" ... We can only guess. DD
