RE:RE:Q3 FinancialsMy personal opinion, is that the technology was not at the point of being green enough. The tin and copper fractions would still have to be sent to a smelter, presently. The process does not appear to be hugely profitable and worthwhile to Jabil , in my opinion, until the tin and copper can be processed inhouse at the ewaste facitiy. If you look at Enviroleach's profit forecasts for the coming year, and years, the profit margins increase immensely when they are perfected for inhouse processing. I'm also thinking that maybe Jabil like myself initially thought that the process could handle whole pieces of ewaste, and rid the dumps of electronics. While I'm told that the facility could process whole pieces, there is obviously a reason why they now have strictly concentrated on printed circuit boards. Maybe the machinery doesn't hold up, and wear and tear, who knows. Jabil spent a lot of money flying back and forth on their corporate jets over many months. I do not believe for one second the only reason Enviroleach gave for Jabil backing away, was no feedstock supply chain. I'm sure someone else may have a theory or two. glta
