a NASDAQ listing and consider it in the context of a 15 cent CSE-listed microcap stock with the unfortunate management history of FAT and the fact that they have no measured resource base whatsoever unless you count the laffable Zoro numbers.

Put it this way .. if the SP has to be at $3 (U.S) then the share rollback is going to be a minimum of 1 : 27 !!! and you know the SP will drop again, it almost always does on reverse splits.
