I guess the questions to be asked is:

#1- why is the other stock not registered for trading?

#2- At what price where these 23 million non registered shares issued at?

#3- Who owns them and how quickly can they be put up for sale?

#4- What is the time frame for a listing on a larger exchange that has more exposure?
