What we don't know is What Is Known inside the office. IF there is news of substance sitting on the shelf needing simply a signature to advance, insiders would be in a legally precarious position in buying pre-release. Having said that, I really have no means of knowing to answer your question. I can simply read the public trail signs and from what I see, things are advancing in a reasonable fashion. I DO EXPECT material changes in the app once V2 sets forth though. Sitting back unitl that time.
