IR Eric - chill - let's see him in actionSure, Eric is a "gutsy" choice made by HH. Yes, a bit of a surprise for certain. Yes, IR is an important function especially if FDM hits the trajectory path most here are hoping for. Can Eric adequately fill the position? I think it likely he can, but he better be a quick study and I hope he has some mentors out there. At the end of the day, he has seen the side of the retail in FDM up close and personal, has pretty good communication skills, is bright and is fully aware of the challenge he faces. Also, on the flip side, I have experienced all too many abyssmally inept IR reps/picks from the so called professional stables. Time will tell the story. Eric will accomplish the task or be replaced. Simple. I am much much more concerned about the forthcoming COO and Board appointments than HH taking an educated guess on Eric.
