Recent 900,000 finance

By my calculations if you work out the recent financing ($900,000.) over the time period, the cost per share is about 0.033 each, for a total of 135,000,000 shares being bought by the insiders and friends, looks like this stock could go to the moon when the insiders have that much reasons to send it to a dollar and thats not counting what they have in opions and already own.
To the Moon Alice, to the Moon.

I was choked to see this annoucement slip in under the radar when the current share price was .15 cents .... WTF ?......... And now we are at .12 cents... I thougt we were sitting on something live when compared to GURU but this is a FKG disgrace IMO .......... I know they need money to feed all these stores but why so low ?.........Looks to me like Redwyne 12345 was more intune than most of us ...more

Thank you petesky for a credit. I hope I am wrong.  This is my take on this:. This is un ethical behavior by management (Miller). He sold 100K in November @ 0.06, 100K in December @0.06, 300K in January @0.07, and 500K in February@0.15. In February company was releasing a bunch of news releases that coinsided with his 500K disposition. I assume it was pump and dump by the company. All these ...more

I hope they just needed the money that bad to keep the supply chain going. Took a big loss today and dumped most just because I could not get your .05 cents out of my head and the bet. Once it hit .11 cents I thought I was at least partially right in my assumption. Still hve some shares hoping for the next quarter reporting strong sales volume and a spike but I dont think anyone in their right ...more

I hope that I am wrong. I hold some shares too. I am tempting to sell as well and buy back at lower price. The only thing that is holding me from selling is their potewntial revenue. Finally their product is going on shelves.  I don't like selling on news early when there is potential for significant upside. I am not happy though that our system allows this type of transactions where ...more

dony listen to just one person... JAKG. guys causing mass fear.
Comment by IronChef on Mar 15, 2021 4:58pm
Ya that JAKG guy on CEO is just trash talking and trying to damage stock price. Probably sold for a loss and is now pissed or is involved with some short on the stock or ex-employee as he attacks the CEO like crazy. Look with your own eyes and see kbev stock is making moves as the company expands. The recent finaccing is probably to cover some expenses or salaries owed as an in-kind transaction ...more

Miller owns 1.6 million shares of kbev currently. Some of those selloffs were granted options which were to expire if not executed. The company is currently expanding not sure why people are worried . Meanwhile sales have skyrocketed during covid. This stock is going up and will continue along with expansion.

With all respect to you IronChef, I would like to challenge you here. Could you please provide more details on granted options that were part of selloffs. What was the exercise price on them and when they were issued since they were about to expire. They must be priced  below 5 cents too in order for insiders to buy and sell at the profit. No need to buy options that are priced at 20 cents ...more
