Taxes

I'm really not quite sure how this company is still on the stock exchange. There is zero movement on the Canadian exchange. Its been .005 for months now. However they are not bankrupt. What gives?

It's the CSE and requirements are low...but FS need to be coming soon Logistics are tough in that it is a costly to scale product, needs canning, bulky\heavy distribution, etc and that is before battling in a hypercompetitive shelf space... I'm in for play money and definitely underwater. Not by lot or anything, not worth selling....do want to give them a chance of success. Their plans ...more

If you can explain how they agreed to few month consulting fees that are hire entire year revenue, I might agree with you giving them a chance. Note, revenue not margin.

Agree with your assessment fully. I went in a bit more than I should have. Had I known it was being run by halfwits I probably would have gone a different way. Lesson learned. It's a shame as the product is really good.

Never tried it any product. If they sell the drink division, they can use the proceeds to fund "gummy" expansion. Far easier and cheaper to distribute. Don't think they're half wits. The team is still struggling to establish a post launch trajectory and gain sufficient margin to grow. That brings in a host of factors inside and outside the business.  A more established ...more
