I think investors are moving capital around a bit lately. More money moving into gold stocks out of the base metals stocks. Not that the gold stocks are going gangbusters but there is momentum building. My own personal observation. 

As for FNI it traded down sharply on the news from Albert Lake and hit a low of 8 or 9 cents. Since that time it has traded mostly between 10 and 11 cents hitting a high of 12 cents at one point. I wouldn't read too much into these small moves because it takes very little to move this stock. Perhaps it's a dead cat bounce. I think most have given up on it. lol
