Also, 15th-Sep appears consistent to me with the amount of calander time that was used between 2nd, 3rd and 4th (and final) offering late last year.

So, as the 4 trenches close down then yes, this springs private offering is still out there.
e.g., a bit disappointing but still need to see the "quarterly" financials on the investments they made.

to conclude in next 90 days or less I continue to speculate good news (whether or not reverse split occurs ... and it does,I speculate 20:1).

So back over to MichaelRrrrr -- your thoughts welcome. Frustrating is legit but then again "time to buy"??? whilst below a penny.
