The Company holds Colorado Klondike property, which is located in south-central Colorado, United States. The property is situated approximately 16 kilometers (km) (10 miles) from the small town of Saguache and is easily accessible through paved and gravel roads. It is a silver-gold-tellurium property, which covers approximately 5,133 hectares (ha) or 51.33 square kilometers (km2).

2-Why did Mr Docherty sell millions of shares before annoncing the proposed consolidation.

3-Another question here......How much tock does managemnet even own......I looked through sedi and they seem to own very little!!!! So who are the ones who get hurth from the consolidation? Mighty Matt I dont even think owns a single share!!! LOL!!!!
