GAGE  anticipates a further material increase in Q2 2021 gross margin due to : 

• improved output from its cultivation facilities
• improvement in input costs.

 

Delivering on cultivation is ramping-up

- Currently 8  cultivation facilities are operational in the GAGE’s  portfolio compared to only two cultivation facilities in operation in Q1 2020.

 

 

They are going to open of processing lab in Q3 2021 to satisfy consumer demand

 

• This will allow GAGE to produce in-house branded extract-based products which command significantly higher margin. 

 

• The Company anticipates adding several more grow partners by the end of 2021

 

• expanding  total grow capacity to over 7,000 pounds per month by the end of 2021
