posted dec 2nd on village farme international board .... " take hemp for example ,,,,, 920 acres of outdoor grow space in the southern Us is now being harvested . Yielding 4 tons per acre, total crop production will exceed 7 million lbs . Current prices are in the $30.00 to $40.00 US per lb ."No source quoted , I have know idea how acurate this is .
Gaia news release nov 26th 2019 " with 4700 bales or approx 4.2 million lbs of hemp " = approx 900 lbs per bale x 4200 bales of hemp tips = 3,750,000 lbs . At a price of $ 10.00 a pound cdan = $ 37,000,000.00 there has to be some profit in that . Gaia shows approx 200 million shares out and a loss per share of $ 00.01 = approx $2,000,000.00 , if you triple that to 6 million for cost of crop still $31,000,000 left over . Am I missing something ?

its completely different hemp. one grown for hemp hearts ( cdn ) vs one grown for CBD (USA). i am willing to bet, that they will lose money on the cdn crop.
