purchased for 1.5 mil by way of issuing 30 mil shares at 5 cents/share. Dilusion is around 14% (not huge) and for that we would be aquiring 3 cannabis stores in BC.

If the corporation is getting the shares clearly they are it's not dillution as the same ceo owned these as the green room privately for years prior. This is escentially putting it under one roof with now expanded revenue streams.
