GTFO while you still can!This is just a warning to any naive s/h still hoping this will turn around. It won't, not anymore. This was hyped up more than it should have and it never accomplished anything to hold those lofty valuations. Because of bad decision making, greed and a total lack of transparency this was never able to garner any interest from meaningful investors or hold those that had invested in the company in the past. Just too many core failures to ignore durung the past year which made it impossbile to defend the company or it's mgmt. All the while as insiders kept dumping the company's shares during this time.
For those holding on for that hyped & misrepresented share dividend, hoping that will turn around the share pirce. Please be advised & understand what's about to go down. As i mentioned in the past, the decision to break up the company via a share divvy to shareholers it a ruse, a gimmick. Its true intent imo, are for reasons completely different altogether. The primary one being the company being able to use this "share dividend" cover as an opportunity to attempt a share consolidation & then issue more shares under the "new" company. In addtion, folks to realize that once you break up a single company into several, you will need 3X the mgmt currently in place now. Which means not only more mgmt positions & lucrative salaries for their buddies and increased expenses for current shareholders, but also 3 companies which can dilute equity now.
This might be your very last chance to get out before the $hit really hits the fan. This will not go past 6 cents anymore as they've walked this down to the levels the split will happen. Once the "share divvy" happens, which will most likely be accompanied by ratios resembling a reverse split, you're pretty much done with your investment here. My best guess, they will probably do this after the holidays in January. giving you enough time to take the loss as an investment tax loss and move on to better things. Forgetting your experience here. I got out over a month ago when carefully analyzing their proposal & eventiually realizing the Sstorm about to come. Hopefully, i wanred enough folks to do the same and saved them some financial pains.
