Every month, the sector is hitting new sales, consumption, and production records as more consumers are beginning to jump into the craze.

A company with holdings all over the sector is Billygoat Brands (future IPO on the CSE under $GOAT). I’ve been seeing this one on Twitter a lot and have been very interested in them. Billy Goat is an investment issuer for companies within the plant-based sector, and their strategy seems like it has worked exceptionally well. Their holdings include
- Vegan Butcher: A rapidly growing plant-based retail store in British Columbia. 2 current locations with many more coming soon (very well regarded in their communities, high ratings on Google, Yelp, etc.)
- Sophie’s Kitchen: A leading plant-based seafood company. Probably the most valuable company with rapidly growing sales and press coverage. They’ve been mention on Forbes, Bloomberg, and PETA even has a positive view on them!
- FunGuys Beverages: Produces the KOLD Beverages brand, a Mushroom infused cold-brew coffee. Planned NA launch this year.
Their investments are impressive, and with a CSE listing coming soon, I’m extremely excited about this one. Keeping an eye out for $GOAT!
