Financing

FinancingLets get a discussion going about something important. Investor's from a general perspective don't react well to ambiguous information. The news regarding the financing is ambiguous. Firstly, to those who have priced the deal at .73 cents a share are wrong, b/c warrents have a value. If it was not done through the issuance of units, then yes, its .73 cents. But with the warrants priced in it is not. Secondly, they (or some lender) have to put up 25mil to particpate in this "aa bond" that is somehow linked to LPs.Very confusing.Thirdly, I cannot find any other deal done this way in canada. Finally, if they show it on the balance sheet, I assume the 25mil liability will wash out with the 25mil asset...but the Enterprie value of the company will double...or not if, its a marketable security????So lets all try and dig up some info on that part of the structure of the deal. I hope that its less complecated then it seems, but I as far as I can tell its not as attractive as it may seem. Comments?
