Any insight into share price?

This company is definately not trading at par with its share price. Who is selling at this level? Who is buying? This is the lowest it has traded since October.

The company has added steady value ever since.

I am loaded up on shares, ready to make a few $$'s.

Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

I would guess the price decline has to do with the fact that the 4 month hold period on the last financing they did finished around March 20th or so and all those shares are now open for trading.  The financing was at 20 cents with just over 21 million shares issued.  Those shares also have a 25 cent 2 year warrant attached.  This generally happens after a hold period is over and if

I think that you are write with the warrents and the sell off.  This is a great company and if you buy it means commitment to being long.  I am not going anywhere with this stock except buy more as the price drips, a little here and a little there.  GLTA
