No, those are set electronically in case the halt I lifted then they will trade. You can do this with any stock. If you read a news release on a stock now and wanted in tomorrow morning you can set ...more

I Believe The Bids and asks keep changing as someone wants to get cheap shares after the next news release and the halt is lifted. Trying to guess, Too load up !! Glta !!
