For luff I don't think it will run to 1 dollar like the other one but it is definitely undervalued with its peers imo. Unfortunately the shares at 4.5 cents are gone so you might need to be patient a bit here. Imo I will Try to get in at 4.5 or 4 cents or even below if possible. Wait for frustrated ppl to dump. No rush. If they follow their presentation I think 10 to 15 cents is a reasonable 1 year target.
