Anyone here read the monitors' fourth report?  The management team is doing a terrible job - the American private equitiy guys have sued them for 40m$$!  This is a bankruptcy waiting to happen, and the court transcript is showing the current management has no idea what is going on - they are hiring people when they have no operations (Dillman's buddies it lookslike) and are solely responsible for makign the American firm sue...

I am one of the shareholders who never received any meeting stuff. I wanted to at least be there to say my stuff and question them.  This is probaby illegel and someone should contact the securities commission.

Can any of you following this tell me what is giong on?

No I have not read that report,   and I cant find it anywhere.   I've seen the bi-weekly updates on the CCAA process and nothing mentioned of that.    can you share where we can find that information about this lawsuit? yes I have seen they are hiring people,   which of course is not a shock, they do intend to build their business in Oregan and Nevada,&
