Just spoke with Paul Caldwell....CFO....Obviously,Khan was invovled with the Haywood Report. If You were to read the report,it states all the issues on the table. To begin with:Ivanhoe will likely be one of the first companies to make an investment contract with the Mongolian Government,[the sooner the better for Ivanhoe, which may happen within a few months.]This should set the stage for others to follow as a basis will be in place...Next:As far as the litigation issue,Khan feels it's a dead issue, the title is definately Khans, but it does have to be mentioned from a company standpoint because that's the law..Next:Winter results will be out[via NR]likely within a month. After the results are carefully looked over by the geologists, and the areas to drill are selected, the spring drilling will begin likely in April sometime.Khan has a game plan and they are systematically working their plan. The dewatering will likely be after the spring drilling, because the company will want the investment contract approval before this.Hope this helps.Best to All. PS:As Haywood mentions in the report....Ultimately-We beleive Khan should achieve a valuation that is comparable to several of the companies with near-term production capabilities.
