The 18% position in YEL certainly makes things interesting! That is no cow pasture in Peru!

I doubt very much 0.65 was the best offer KRI shareholders will see from ARMZ. With 65 cents still on the table, although the offer has not been formally tendered, downside risk at 0.61 or so is minimal at this point but there may be some looking at the current SP as an entry point.
