I think selling of the PP shares is over, they became tradable 3 weeks ago and a lot of stock has traded since then, I think whoever wanted to get their money back has already cashed out. As far as selling shares to exercise warrants, why would any body pay to exercise their warrants now when they have a free ride for 2 years to exercise warrants without spending a nickel.
