Reaction to NEWS

Seems pretty poor market reaction to what is really good news.

Yesterday someone sellsinto low volume and the stock tanks $0.14 and with this good news it comes up $0.03.

Note that this announcement was for about $1 million but the cancellation announcement was for $200,000

Yet the market drops about $0.20 on that and only gors up $0.03 on a contract 5 times the size.

Seems to be no rhyme or especially reason to the market action here. This is not a 'barn burner' business but it has been steadily opening contracts and moving along. Then suddenly , the bottom seems to be dropping out for no real known reason??

Is it just tax loss selling??
