This contract is huge for HS.c HS GovTech Solutions (CSE: HS) signed a huge agreement earlier this month with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services. The resulting contract will allow Kentucky to deploy HSCloud Suite for data management across numerous regulatory areas and use cases for their environmental health, along with usage of HSPay and GovCall.
The total contract value is US$9,393,587 over eight years with annual recurring revenue of US$1,074,073, not inclusive of HSPay revenue.
This contract is the result of a lengthy procurement process, including a Request for Proposal ("RFP") issued by the State, to which the Company submitted a formal proposal for in February of this year. The State reviewed multiple products from various companies who participated in the RFP process and deemed HSCloud Suite to be the most robust solution available for data management.
HS.c is currently trading at $.46 continuing on a rebound from $.315. The company is presently valued at $21.09 million.
