you think becuase you never got one. I guess if you never got one and no one else got one then what does that tell you? Because you can't tell me what I voted for. I know my votes and I know a proxy when I see one. To send it out and me voting means as a shareholder I'm relevant enough to have a input on what goes on with the company. If we as public investors need to gather shares so we can essentially buy them out or trump there decisions by way of unanimous decisions. So yes proxy for shareholders are relevant.
