To want the absolutely massive building is a very special business. The property sure. But if they only want the property they aren't paying 19 million. The 19 million was with license and equipment. Now what's it worth with no license. And what's it worth to someone that just wants the land. 5 mill maybe bit more. It's not worth anymore than FSD bought it , if it has no licenses. I think they paid 5 million. So tack on inflation and maybe 7 million? That's a mill a year inflation. They thought this great license was the saviour just like the pumpers thought. Both were very wrong. Selling a monster tax pit that's mold and dilapidated during the world's worst recession or at least ony time for any real value will be a tough sell.
