They are circulating money between the companies they're top brass created. Secondly they don't own any propriartary intellectual property or products that are marketed, marketable and sold. And I know this because several people who consulted with them more than two years ago have told me so.
You should probably use some factual information before spreading such silliness. They will be delisted and thats the end of the story.
