SP down 99% losing millions for investors
definately down now it's up to new management to grow it back nobody denying that but sometimes miracles happen if they can prove to markets that their drug works and has a strong IP behind it. Nasdaq biotech index and compositie index matters and dont look at it with a 5 day chart look at it with a 1 year chart to get a better scope of how it's doing , fsd pharma is biotech and is on the nasdaq . Cheers 2 failed endeavours due to incompetence and mismanagement...not a bubble
i disagree the cannabis bubble burst beleave as an example got delisted everyone look what happened to aurora the commodity of cannabis is capped in canada USA is better but only way that would have happened is if USA legalized federally. We lost money due to the cannabis bubbble bursting if there was a great amount of need to grow cannabis at that scale and it improved balance sheets then maybe fsd woudl have been a winner in the cannabis space I helped oragnize an investor tour so everyone can see with their own eyes. There was probobly around 300 people that came that day,.in 2018. I told the company they need to invite investors because people want to see what they are investing into that's why i pushed them hard for a facility tour long time ago.covid 19 with fsd pea was a long shot , why did raza choose that indication for hype? he was the ceo during that time, then afterward cats and dogs and what bothered me is no fkking updates on covid trials during his time as ceo. FSD successfully sued for misleading investors
that was from the cannabis bubble days 5.5 million dollars allocated to investors, how much will we get from that $500? that's peanuts compared to what people need back and the onyl way that happens if fsd has good results from clinical trials I think, but even then no gurantee unless institutional biotech hedge funds see value in fsd and then if they are on board the maybe it could go up? i dont know but usually if you look at other biotech that have good phase 1 or phase 2 results SP usually goes up and thats not advice so don't twist my words thats just my opinion based on what i have seen with other biotech comapnies like $TIRL or $RETA RS of 201:1...the largest in CSE history
that was the only way they could have uplisted to nasdaq in 2018 i believe paid themselves annual salary in advance
what do you mean in advance? but anyways all companies board memebers make money somehow right? nobody works their butts off for free? i dont know how well they are able to exccute the stategies hopefully this year is as exciting as zeeshan says it is in the video posted on youtube fsd channel. Risks remain Current CEO, AD, approved stock options for zero performance or results
AD hired 6 marketing firms at a cost of $2.5M annually plus over 200K shares
i agree maybe those firms didnt do a good job. Current strategy of hype and paid PR to include the disasterous Wozniak CAMEO video
I agree it was kind of cheezy to watch that however... you can't deny that that was the apple founder and those proceeds from cameo went to charity. No strategy for trials and testing of Lucid compunds...just "we hope"
they need to go through IND for that compound that is correct but they tested it in mice already and the results were great. human trials are needed and before that happens i think IND's have to be passed including toxicology testing? An ill advised stock buyback approved by the BoD
why is it ill advised how do you know whats good or not, i thought lowering the oustanding share count is always good? I dont know im not a professional. SP has been below $1.00 threshold for almost 2 weeks
yes and the pressure is on current ceo Anthony dukracz and the new board memebers to grow shareholder value insiders have been buying shares recently if fsd goes to zero they lose their investment as well. Even if they make a standard salary as you mentioned zeeshan they had the choice of not buying shares and saving it for retirement. Good on him I only wish i had that many. I dont know it's the stock market there are always risks hopefully we dont get delisted but i am hopeful that one day biotech analysts catch on to the fsd pharma Multiple sclerosis story. I want to see them start all 3 trials asap. SP is low so I averaged down i can't afford to average down anymore. The facility has been up for sale for over 2yrs with zero interest in the property
you are correct the facility has not sold yet hopefully one day they are able to sell it ... they said in the interviews last time end of the year but maybe there are some delays ? hopefully they are able to sell it to improve their balance sheet milman Zeehan earns a salary of over $500K...an outrageous amount for the size and current state of the company
it would be great if you can show me those numbers from the financial disclosures i couldn't see it please show me thanks AD and FR have collected over $20M in fees from FSD
warrants expired already all exempt market dealers and investment banks make money with helping companies uplist to markets thats standard first republic is not the only bank that helps companies achieve their goals this way. This is business. Same like how you guys expect results from cinical trials there are no shortcuts if people invest into fsd it's not for next week gains but for potential future gains , and even then nothing is guaranteed everyone is responsible for their own investment decisions although it's sad fsd pharma sp is low i hope one day it can rebound if they have good news. FSD was uplisted to NASDAQ despite no institutional as promised
That's not intirely untrue, AGP Alliance was the investment bank aka the institutional investor that invested into FSD Pharma AD, Zeehan, and the concerned shareholders voted down a motion that would have eliminated the current Class A and B share structure allowing regular investors to have significant say in the companies direction and operations
so what , tesla and facebook have class A structure as well , raza wanted to dissolve them during blue proxy vote , why didn't he host AGM meetings as recuquired by law could have done it digitally. Anyways Courts have sided with FSD Pharma not with Raza and it has gone to arbitration. FSD always had a class A voting structure. Facebook Has a New Stock Structure — Here's What You Need to Know (businessinsider.com) David Rosenberg waa ofered 300K shares in PUMP as compensation for promotional work he did for the AD affiliated company...he declined after the offer was leaked publically
WCE choice to issue it my choice to decline it and it was cancelled i didnt want it why should i get options at 17 cents anyways i was smart to not buy it otherwise look what is the current SP?1 cent So enough with that BS conspiracy theory David Rosenberg and a few others were given a private FSD facility tour in 2018 yet he claims he has no relationship with AD or FSD.
Anyone can request a tour at any facility up to the company to allow it or now you could ask aphria or aurora or tweed the same thing many have done facility tour visits David Rosenberg hosted an in person interview on a couple of occassions with AD yet denies any relationship with him
anyone can host an interview it would be up to the company if they agree or not you should be thanking me my main purpose was to setup an investor facility tour at cobourg so people can see with their own eyes what's what. Members of David Rosenberg's FSD Facebook group has admitted within the FB chat that they had created multiple BB accounts with multiple e-mails to "pump" FSD...screen shots were provided -
Thats bullshit Show me proof , you photoshopped it DavidRosenberg wrote: Facts do matter so focus on them
