To date, I believe there is one lawsuit against FSD that was successful and the one where Raza is suing FSD which is pending and I think gone to arbitration....there has been no news that any funds have been frozen but FSD does have to pay over $900K and insurance pays the remainder from the successful suit....I suspect there will be further lawsuits agianst them especially if they try another RS...I wouldn't be surprised if there was a criminal investigation into attempted stock manipulation or other irregularities that may have occurred....
