I totally get it I get what your are saying but ,Small Specialty biotech companies like this need to tell their story and do some promo on their platform of drugs otherwise nobody will have access to their information. Pfizer for example has huge budgets for commercialization and are always shown on TV News.
Sometimes that's the only way to grab people's attention otherwise nobody will ever have any access to info about these new chemical entity drugs that show promise if they are not able to see it through clinical trials.
It takes a lot of capital to see it through clinical trials to be honest. How can patients expect to have access to these if they aren't yet done clinical trials, that's why promo , capital, and good results from human trials are important there are no shortcuts.
