What Facts Are You Waiting For Rosenberg?Seems like we have a pretty solid set of facts right now....GBB got a Cease and Desist order against FSD...that's a fact....FSD Pharma entered into a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with GBB.....that's a fact....the companies had ongoing discussions about an acquisition for many months that GBB has since terminated.....that's a fact....the SP is falling like a stone....that's a fact....what are you missing here Rosenberg?
If you're waiting for FSD to repsond....those aren't facts....it's their position and not proven or a fact....so not sure what you need here....another lawsuit where FSD loses again....will that be fact eniough for you>
